Delano is coming to Marrakech: 130 rooms and 80 villas, opening set for 2030

Ennismore has signed with YAMED, the property development arm of the Ynexis group, for the first Delano on the African continent. Marrakech joins Miami and Dubai in the brand's new global chapter, until now confined to the United States and the Middle East.

The project calls for 130 guestrooms, including suites and private villas, plus around 80 branded residences designed as four- to six-bedroom villas with private pools. Announced facilities: a central pool, extensive wellness spaces, event venues, Café Delano and the Rose Bar, along with a lobby, clubhouse and screening room reserved for residents.

The timeline is long: the residences are announced for sale in late 2026, with the hotel due to open in 2030. The site is described as facing the Atlas peaks, close to the medina, the Jardin Majorelle and the golf courses.
