Virgin Limited Edition opens bookings for its Marrakech estate in September

This will be the second Moroccan address for Richard Branson's group, after Kasbah Tamadot tucked into the Atlas. The future estate sits on a 10-hectare private agricultural property, a 25-minute drive from central Marrakech and an hour from Kasbah Tamadot — enough to picture a combined stay between city and mountains.

The project counts 37 suites delivered in two phases: 22 keys in the first quarter of 2027, the remaining 15 in the first quarter of 2028. A 40-hectare organic farm is to supply the kitchens. The development is run with Sazanes Immobilier, a Marrakech-based developer, under a long-term agreement.

The milestone to note right now: bookings open in September 2026. For an address opening with just 22 keys in its first season, those first weeks of sales will count — this is the moment to move if you are aiming for winter 2027.
